Candy Fundraiser

You should have received your letter all about candy fundraising!!! You have 2 options for helping with the candy drive. But, first here are a few facts about the candy. 1. It will be made by Harry London (Buckeyes or Mints) 2. The candy cost 24.00 a case. Each case holds 48 bars that are sold for $1.00 each.

Here are your options:

1. Donate 24.00 for every box you would have sold, or donate more….It’s for a great cause.

2. Bring in a check for $48.00. I will order a box of candy for you to sell. $24.00 goes in the speech and debate school account. When you sell the bars you will earn 48.00 back from your 48.00 check.

You will get one lettering hour for every $2.50 earned for the team.

Banquet

The speech and debate banquet will be held at Silver Lake Lodge May 8, 2009 at 6pm. Everyone will be receiving an invite soon. Please RSVP by May 1, 2009.

Fundraiser Dance

We are going to host a 5/6 grade dance in the lower gym June 5. We need to raise funds for next speech and debate season. Please donate and help us with the dance.

Correction

I have one correction for Banquet times. On the my last post I had said that the Banquet Commitments were due on May 5th. This has been changed to Friday, May 1st. The May 1st date appears on your invitation so do not be alarmed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
